Founder/CEO

Nicole Milo

Nicole is a visionary leader bridging the gap between innovation and advocacy. By founding House of Hope, she transformed a personal mission into a new standard for IDD support and legislative reform. Driven by her role as a mother and her family's 70-year local service legacy, Nicole is a fierce champion for the profound autism community. She is carrying a message of hope and restoration that is redefining what is possible for families navigating complex disabilities.
